Our Canadian Integration Workplace Experience (CIWE) program is designed to help internationally trained professionals successfully transition into the Canadian workforce. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and workplace exposure, CIWE provides practical skills development that bridges foreign experience and education with Canadian work standards and culture. Participants gain valuable insights into workplace communication, professional etiquette, and industry expectations—ensuring a smooth and confident integration into their chosen fields. At CARE-Well, our free Digital Literacy classes break down these barriers through a supportive, inclusive learning environment that meets learners where they are—empowering them with the skills and confidence to thrive in today’s digital world
